I am a qualified teacher with a doctorate and PGCE, and experience of teaching online for KS3, GCSE and A-level English Language and Literature. I can help prepare learners for exams and coursework at GCSE, A-level or undergraduate level, through practice of reading, writing and analytical tasks. For KS3, GCSE and A-level, we will review key texts, practice exam-style questions with detailed feedback, and also go through exam techniques and study skills to ensure you approach assessments and exams with confidence. For undergraduate level, we will focus on deep, critical analysis of texts, exploration of relevant contexts, and develop your authentic essay writing technique without recourse to AI. My sessions will demand you to be engaged, thoughtful and to have done any reading in advance, in order to get the most out of the time we have. In return, you will receive rigorous teaching and support from a knowledgeable tutor who is eager to see learners succeed, at all levels.
