I deliver engaging suitable lessons to Year 11 learners

I have mastered the art of making students say "now I get it". Firstly, I understand the students unique learning style, then allow them own their learning by active engagement in the lesson objectives through formative and summative assessments to track progress and improve performance. Previously known concepts are always my tool for introducing new knowledge while highlighting areas where popular opinions are not accurate and explaining clear distinctions. Then, the use of quizzes,flashcards and past papers to strengthen understanding and prepare students for examination.
