In my teaching career, I inspire and motivate my students to achieve their full academic potential and become better citizens. I give learners appropriate support, enabling them to achieve their potential. When I understand a student's learning gap and difficulties, I go out of my way to give the extra help and time that I can to ensure the student’s improvement. I tailor my one-on-one tutorials to individual student's needs and learning styles, providing interactive, engaging, and more focused and effective learning. I explained complex concepts and ideas in a simple and digestible way, using analogies, examples and life situations. Also, I present multiple perspectives on any topic to expose learners to a broad range of viewpoints, rather than one-sided narratives and help them to understand many sides of an issue from a more objective and accurate point of view. I get on well, passing my knowledge and experience to my students with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
