I am a big believer in active teaching and learning. Rather than passive demonstration, I encourage my clients to work through examples or questions which I will prepare specifically for each student. I help to break down and modify my students' thought processes and explain how to apply specific concepts so that after each session, they are able to confidently use certain techniques in exams. I am compassionate, highly empathetic and can adapt to different needs. I understand the importance of trust in tutoring and will create a safe environment where my clients will feel trusted. I usually give my clients homework but can work with any schedule. Finally, I have achieved amazing results and have tutored students for three years, with some achieving 96% in tests! I'd love to take on new, enthusiastic clients and help them excel and appreciate their subjects.
