How I Will Teach:
I teach through calm, supportive one-to-one sessions focused on helping students feel heard and understood. I use simple mindfulness practices, practical planning tools, and reflective questions to help them reduce stress, stay organised, and build confidence. My sessions encourage personal growth at the student’s pace, creating a safe and positive learning environment.
