I have tutored at my school a student and helped him go from a grade 1 to a grade 6 in a year which I am incredibly proud of. I achieved an A* and the highest mark in my year in Economics and have gone on to do a degree apprenticeship at a big 4 bank whereby I am on track for a 1st as the highest attainer in the class
Declan in a nutshell
I have previous experience tutoring younger students back when I was in school. Generally, I take the approach of asking students what they would like to focus on prior to the lesson beginning. Then I will go over the topic (S) in depth and at the end do some past paper questions on them along with my own questions to test and solidify knowledge.
