A 1st Class Cambridge English Graduate, I teach, tutor and also offer Oxbridge/ Interview/ Admissions preparation.

With 4 years of tutoring and teaching experience, I've learnt how important learning is for a teacher - learning how the student learns. From here, I tailor the tutoring structure, with consistent discussions and feedback opportunities with the student, to make sure they are getting the most out of our sessions, and this can look very different - i.e, we might spend an hour combing in minute detail through an essay they wrote in school; or we might plan several broader-spectrum answers to key themes in a text. Ultimately, I want my students to care about literature as much as I do, and I want them to realise that they ARE creative, original, critical thinkers - and why this is so important today.
