I'd say that I'm patient, determined, communicative, and creative in my teaching. My experience is on the teaching adults.

One of the key principles of my teaching is to provide resources to develop the digital capability of students. I have the experience on delivering online sessions since 2020 (COVID period). In particular, one thirds of my teaching hours per week are held online. I further record my presentations and make them available to the students. Moreover, I provide weekly online quizzes and all the model solutions to practical exercises are made online available. Finally, online teaching increases the need of delivering timely feedback and support to students. Given that the modules that I taught included big classes (> 250 students), an important part of my teaching was the delivery of personalized summative feedback in a timely manner. To this end, I developed software to automate the generation of feedback and to automate the provision of support to the students.
