I’m Natalie, life/health coach currently completing a mentoring program at Ericsson University and preparing for the PCC exam.

I’m passionate about helping students grow, build confidence, and develop practical skills. I provide life-coaching with a focus on personal development and goal setting. I also draw on my experience as a health coach to promote healthy habits and resilience. I use diagnostic assessments, customized practice plans, and short, results-oriented sessions to track progress. English is not my native language; I’m actively refining my English while delivering sessions in English.
