With 5 years of TEFL experience, experience of learning a foreign language, experience of living in a foreign country and experience of hosting non-natives, I understand the importance of fun and interesting lessons, the value of an enthusiastic and friendly teacher and the challenges that come with moving to a different country, whether that’s accessing and improving education, employment and leisure opportunities, accessing and managing healthcare, emotional support and practical support or building new relationships.
