Each session begins with a quick check‑in, followed by practical coaching activities tailored to the student’s goals. With a background in psychology and leadership development, I simplify complex ideas and teach skills that students can apply immediately in school, exams or everyday life. My aim is to help every learner feel understood, supported and more confident in their abilities.
