Online English tutoring for Key Stage 1 & 2 focusing on comprehension and building confidence

Hello, I'm Maryam, a nurturing tutor and mentor. I would help you feel confident and nurture true understanding, not just memorise. In English, we would work on comprehension, main idea, figures of speech, spelling, punctuation, and building complete sentences. In Maths, we cover place value, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. I start by finding where you are, and then we set a clear, simple goal together. I explain in small steps, use real-life examples, and give lots of practice, patience, and encouragement. You will see real progress in how you explain your answers and enjoy learning much more every day. I operate an open door policy. Looking forward to meeting you.
