Structured Online Maths Tutoring for Key Stage 3, 4, GCE, and Adults

My approach to tutoring is structured, supportive and tailored to each student's needs. I begin by understanding the student's current ability, learning goals and areas of difficulty. I then plan lessons that break down complex mathematical concepts into clear, manageable steps, using worked examples, visual explanations and interactive tools where appropriate. During each session, I encourage students to ask questions, explain their thinking and practise independently. I use targeted questions to identify misconceptions and adapt my explanations whenever needed. I also provide exam-style questions and practical strategies to improve accuracy, confidence and problem-solving skills. Students can expect me to be punctual, well-prepared, patient and approachable. I provide clear feedback on their progress, highlight areas for improvement and suggest focused practice between lessons. My aim is not simply to help students get the right answers, but to help them understand the mathematics and become confident, independent learners.
