I spent years as a Chief People Officer in tech and telecom, and before that worked at Deloitte, so I’ve seen up close what helps managers succeed and where they usually get stuck. In our first lesson, we look at your real situation: your team, your role, and what feels hard right now. Then we work on the skills you need most, such as giving feedback, running one-on-ones, delegating, handling conflict, or leading a team through change. Each lesson is practical. We rehearse tough conversations before you have them, and you leave with one thing to try at work that week. Next time, we talk about how it went and build from there.
