I am passionate about developing Leadership skills as I myself went from a temp to a Senior Executive over my 30 year career. All too often people are placed in leadership roles and not provided with the correct tools to deal with the multiple variants that being a leader involves. I Pride myself in that my feedback from my employees complemented me as a leader, saying I listened, mentored and coached and they felt safe with me. Leadership is not about telling people what to do it is taking them on a journey and ensure they succeed. My proudest moments were watching my team managers being promoted.
