I am a self-expression coach which means I help people find joy and fulfilment through self-expression. This can be through art, writing or speaking. I like to work in a very clear and direct way where I offer practical guidance to get to the roots of self-expression problems. I also help support and direct in a gentle, affirming and helpful way which builds confidence and self-love in my clients. I teach self-care and creative practice, helping my clients find out what they truly love and discover who they truly are. I am a kind, warm and empathetic coach who nurtures the natural skills and talents within my clients.
