Hi, I’m Artur, an award-winning executive chef with over 15 years of hospitality experience. I offer friendly, practical online cooking lessons tailored to your interests and confidence. We’ll cook step by step, covering knife skills, preparation, seasoning, timing and presentation. You can learn everyday family meals, restaurant-style dishes, international flavours or cooking on a budget. Before each lesson, I’ll send you an ingredients and equipment list. During our session, I’ll demonstrate techniques, answer questions and help you understand why each step matters. As a Springboard FutureChef mentor and judge, I enjoy helping people develop their skills. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an aspiring chef, my aim is to make cooking enjoyable and give you the confidence to cook independently. Lessons are available in English or Polish.
