Practising artist and Fine Art doctoral researcher offering online Art, Illustration and Contemporary Art tuition at GCSE, A Level

I am a practising artist, designer and doctoral researcher in Fine Art, with an MA in Illustration and over 25 years of experience across art and the creative industries. My practice includes contemporary art, illustration, drawing, photography, moving image, graphic design, printmaking and installation. My lessons are relaxed, supportive and tailored to the individual. I can help students develop ideas, improve practical and visual skills, explore artists and contemporary practice, work through creative blocks, develop sketchbooks and portfolios, and prepare work for GCSE, A Level, university or personal projects. I particularly enjoy helping students find their own creative voice rather than imposing a particular style or way of working. Lessons can include practical guidance, discussion of work in progress, constructive feedback, project development and support with research and contextual studies. I am happy to work with beginners, school and college students, university students and adults returning to art or developing their own creative practice.
