Native Chinese Tutor | Cultural Exchange & Conversation | PhD in Politics

I am a native Mandarin speaker with a BA in English (International Cultural Communication) and an MA in Politics from Durham University, and a PhD in Politics from the University of York (UK). With a strong background in cross-cultural education, communication, and identity studies, I offer engaging and personalised Chinese tutoring sessions for learners of all ages.

My teaching focuses on real-life expression, cultural understanding, and building confidence through relaxed, conversation-based learning. I have worked with learners from many different cultural backgrounds and enjoy helping students not only speak Chinese, but think and feel in Chinese.
