I’m a chef lecturer, and teach to the following Year 10 and 11 schools GCSE, Hospitality and Catering Year 1 to 3 Diploma in profession chef Year 4 and 5 Fda in hospitality management

I am experienced in using a variety of teaching methods. They are as follows One to one, face to face group, online, practical and theoretical. Using tracking methods for each student to ensure all assignments and units are completed in a timely manner. Feedback is always given to each individual student on their work.
