Looking for an online English and Math tutor?

Advert description
I will be starting my studies in the BA (hons) secondary English education with QTS this year. This course will entail English literature and language pedagogy in which I have already done thorough research on and have gained excellent results on through experience.
As all pupils are different which means they will require a unique approach to help them gain a better understanding, I explore all approaches with perseverance for all students that I tutor and focus on the main skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. I do these using techniques like immersive reading to help with their reading and writing by re-enacting or giving an interpretation of their thoughts on the story or poem. Another technique I use is attempting to make writing fun for students by getting them to write stories of their own through exam style questioning. After I will ask the students to then mark their own work or other students work to see what ideas other people have which helps to inspire their minds to become more creative and help indicate where they need to improve. Having discussions and debates is another technique I've witnessed to help emerge students into improving their English skills. This helps students to express their feelings and opinions on the topic as well as gaining insight on other connotations. Additionally, to this teaching grammar is another technique that is important as it shows students how improve on the speaking and writing skills, enabling them to communicate proficiently.
When it comes to teaching Math, I feel as though knowing the best methods which a student thrives on when being taught helps develop their mathematic skills significantly by using different methods like being hands on, playing games or repetitiveness. I tend to start off with the basic knowledge which is addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to get an idea of what stage the student is at, from here I then progress further while integrating the same techniques used to help them solve equations which includes BIDMAS. I will then start to go through the equations needed for each topic and give them time to practice and test their knowledge to see if they're able to grasp the concept. After this I will then keep pushing exam style questions, so they understand in depth what is being asked of them in the questions.
