Hi, I’m Caroline and I’m an artist, art teacher and coach.
Academic Art Tuition
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your art practice further, I can offer personalised tuition in art, textiles, photography and digital art.
I work with learners from age 4 through to adults, adapting sessions to suit individual interests, abilities and goals. This might include developing practical skills, exploring new techniques, building confidence or getting support with a particular project.
For GCSE and A Level students, I can provide one-off coursework and portfolio reviews, helping to identify gaps in skills, knowledge or project development and making sure your work meets the requirements of the course.
I also offer portfolio reviews for students applying for art scholarships or preparing to study art at Further or Higher Education, as well as support with Bronze and Silver Arts Awards as an Arts Award Adviser.
Art for All:
Whether you’re new to art and would like to build your confidence, or you’re interested in using creativity to support your wellbeing, these sessions are a relaxed space to explore.
You might want to develop your drawing skills, experiment with journaling, doodling, collage or mixed media, or simply find the confidence to get your ideas onto the page. You don’t need to be “artistic” — we’ll explore different ways of working at your own pace.
Art for All can help you express ideas and emotions, gain clarity, discover your strengths and build confidence, while also giving you the freedom to experiment, play and enjoy the process.
