Private Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Ba Gua Lessons - Internal Arts

Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Ba Gua and other physical heath arts for relaxation, health, meditation and well being.

Health Arts are physical exercises and movements which help the body regain its natural state. These arts have been practised over thousands of years and include Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga and Ba Gua to name a few.

These arts teach people how they can help themselves to heal, gain personal power, attain physical relaxation and develop awareness and peace within themselves using body movement and the mind.

Lessons are unique for each student and may focus on one or several internal health arts. These can be held one to one or in small groups either in person or online.

Lessons are normally held at the students location or in a public space such as a park or field.
