Bespoke, 1-2-1 sessions for all ability levels, for 14 - 25 year old, preparing for GCSE, A-Level and University applications. I focus on creating engaging and entertaining sessions which challenge my students and encourage them to succeed. I always begin by checking with my students to identify what they feel they need support with, and how best to focus on this. Tutorials consist of discussions, guided work and exercises in essay question writing or creative writing. Sessions last from 1 to 2 hours, and can either be one-off sessions or as part of a longer teaching programme. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience, supporting students to exceed grade expectations at GCSE and receive offers from Russell Group Universities. I've delivered academic papers in English Literature at conferences at the University of Oxford and St Andrews, as well as creative writing workshops.
