I am a qualified and experienced life coach and adult educator with over seven years experience of helping individuals of all types work out what they want to and the steps to get there. Areas I assist in are identifying career, role or job areas, CV writing and improvement, completing application processes, elevator pitches and interview preparation. Sessions would start with establishing your needs and then working through the coaching model of Goals, Reality, Options and Ways Forward - some clients just need a couple of sessions, others are with me for longer.
