I give affordable support to students with mental health and emotional wellbeing

August 2020 after many years working and supporting individuals in a range of services within the health and social care sector, I launched my business to initially support people with their emotional and mental wellbeing. From then I know have an office where I offer individuals coaching and support face to face, online and over the phone. I have had the privilege to work with men and women who are facing all sorts of adversities and limitations surrounding their mental health and wellbeing. Currently my main clients are students which I work with freelance. I offer coaching which is compliant to sssc and ICF guidelines. My practise is person centred and analytical to the clients need which enables me to gauge what kind of support to offer. I am mindful always of health and safety and confidentiality.
