I believe the best way to learn is to tailor your education to your lifestyle and commitments, so I can be flexible based on your preferences. I mainly have experience with in person training but am quite comfortable with forming exercise programmes for friends and family overseas and helping them reach the fitness goals they're trying to achieve. I am also happy to provide video recording where necessary as I've done in the past, including a monthly check-in and fitness review.
