Perfessional cookery masterclass

I have been a chef for the last 10 years and have worked my way up in the kitchen to headachef cooking in various different restaurants and cuisines. I have now been a private chef for the last 5 years and running my own business cooking out of people homes for get togethers, birthdays, anniversaries, summer parties, calendar events, weddings etc.

I wanted a change from the Resturant scene as I wanted to design my own menus cook what I wanted to cook. The joy of being a private chef is being able to create and cook different menus every single week to different clients all across the north west of England.

I have always wanted to teach others and share my passion to hopefully install this into other people wanting to develop their skills
