Confidence and communication coach and mentor for students aged 18+ to help develop your potential, confidence and communication

I am a qualified coach and a member of the Association for Coaching, with a professional background as a Therapeutic Radiographer in the NHS for 27 years. For 16 years of that career, I mentored and coached radiotherapy students, supporting both their clinical development and their personal and career growth. I have also delivered numerous workshops focused on communication, confidence-building, and professional development.

Since leaving the NHS, I have continued to coach mid-career women across a range of professions, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and progress in their careers. I bring a warm, supportive, and structured approach to learning, and I am passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and professionally.

In my personal life, I have helped my 3 children in their career journeys and in particular, my daughter who has learning difficulties.

With all my experience, I can offer students a safe space to learn, grow and develop their full potential.
