GCSE Chemistry & Physics Tutor – Former Secondary Science Teache

I’m a qualified STEM teacher with an integrated Master’s in Chemistry (MChem) from the University of Warwick, A‑Levels in Maths (A*), Chemistry (A) and Physics (A), and a PGCE. I have three years of secondary school teaching experience, specialising in GCSE Chemistry and Physics.

As the oldest of four siblings, I’ve spent years helping my brothers and sisters prepare for exams, and in school I ran regular GCSE revision classes during study leave and after school. My students describe me as kind, supportive and encouraging, and I genuinely believe every student can improve with the right guidance.

How I teach:
- My lessons are built around constant review and gradual progression:
- I start by checking what you already know, then build step‑by‑step on that foundation.
- We use regular exam‑style questions so you become confident with the format and wording of real papers.
- Concepts are broken down into clear, manageable chunks, with plenty of practice and feedback.

Many of my students have told me they now understand Chemistry and Physics in ways they never thought they would, and that the subjects feel far less intimidating.
