Until Year 10, maths was the subject I found hardest. In year 10, something changed when I dedicated more time, asked the right questions and really worked on building my understanding — I actually started enjoying the subject! That turning point taught me that maths is only fun when it makes sense. That is exactly what I aim to offer my students.
Because I’ve been in their shoes, I know how to explain things in an easy-to-understand way. My tutoring style is friendly, patient and focused on building confidence. I believe that by relating to the struggle, I can help students see the same progress in their performance.
