Studying A-levels at WGGS teaching biology at GCSE level. Attained a grade 9 at GCSE and can give lessons online

I have gained valuable first-hand experience through my two years as an assistant Badminton and Dance instructor. During these two years I have supported students and guided their practice and helped them build confidence in their abilities. In addition, I have volunteered within my school to assist in lessons and support their learning. I have worked with a range of ages from people around my age and to people who are much younger through work-shadowing placements. This has allowed me to develop a flexible teaching style that I can adapt to different needs, personalities and learning styles. I tailor my lessons to each student's learning style and typically last around an hour. I break down complex biological concepts using notes and relevant exam-style questions focusing on a structured, student-centred approach to build confidence in the student's biology knowledge. I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE biology and currently study biology at A-level, giving me both strong subject knowledge and recent first-hand exam experience. My lessons are ideal for GCSE students who want to build their understanding in GCSE biology.
