Advert description
I offer personalised coaching for children (aged 8+), young people, and adults, supporting a wide range of goals including lifestyle changes, education, confidence-building, interview preparation, and managing anxiety and everyday challenges. My approach is flexible, person-centred, and tailored to the individual, recognising that no two people’s needs or goals are the same.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have extensive experience in wellbeing and mental health support across the lifespan, including working with neurodivergent individuals and those with additional needs. My coaching is informed by training in counselling, including humanistic approaches, with ongoing professional development, as well as foundational knowledge of CBT-informed techniques where appropriate.
Sessions provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore goals, build self-awareness, develop practical strategies, and increase confidence. Whether you are preparing for an interview, navigating education or life transitions, or looking to improve wellbeing and resilience, coaching is shaped around your strengths, values, and preferred way of working.
My aim is to empower individuals with insight, skills, and confidence, while offering compassionate, psychologically informed support that is ethical, inclusive, and responsive to each person’s unique circumstances.
Prices may differ depending on level and need, all can be discussed and negotiated with the individuals needs as the focus.
