I have 30 years experience in secondary & post 16 education, supporting young people with mental health, engagement, attendance, to maintain mental wellness, self awareness, navigate change & transition. As a therapeutic education & inclusion specialist I have extensive experience working with Neuro-divergent young people, managing tasks, emotions & achieving aspirations. I am a certified trauma informed teacher & coach with social emotional & mental health background. I am also a qualified senior mental health lead & DSL. I help young people build a unique toolkit of coping strategies using a holistic evidence based & nurturing appraoch
