Hi! I’m Lauren, and I’m currently working as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS alongside completing my professional doctorate in Health Psychology.

I’ve been through it all myself from A-Level Psychology, to undergraduate study, a Master’s in Health Psychology and now doctoral-level study, so I understand how daunting psychology can feel at different stages.
