I have 14 years teaching secondary school students Design and Technology at GCSE level and Textiles Design at GCSE

I have spent years teaching GCSE Design and Technology, and Art and Design Textiles, at comprehensive schools across the South East.

I have worked with many children who thrive in their coursework but feel fearful of the theory. Design and Technology is traditionally a practical subject, and its theoretical side is often overlooked as a result.

I can work with students to help build their confidence in answering exam questions and engaging with course content.
