I wasn’t really sure what direction I wanted to take with my career and had lost quite a lot of confidence in myself. Working with Karen gave me the space to talk things through without feeling judged or pressured. She helped me identify my strengths, understand what I actually wanted from my career and look at options I hadn’t considered before. The coaching was practical, but it also helped me challenge some of the negative thoughts I had about myself and recognise that I had more skills and experience than I realised. I finished the sessions feeling much more positive and confident about my abilities and, most importantly, I had a clearer idea of what I wanted to do next. Karen was supportive, encouraging and really listened to me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who feels stuck, lacks confidence or needs some direction with their career.
