Yoga/Ayurevda teacher and therapist for holistic health/wellbeing

I have been teaching yoga for 8.5 years to all ages, abilities and bodies. I am qualified with over 700 hours training. I can also offer holistic health guidance/training in diet, lifestyle and herbs.

The two alongside each other are a powerful approach to good health, providing tailor made individual advice and appropriate home practices.

Currently I teach 5-6 classes per week, run workshops and health programmes. These can address physical, mental and emotional issues, giving you a step by step approach to feel and be well.
