That's kind of hard to answer seeing that I have taught from 4 years old to 40+. In my experience I have to special cater to each class as they are one on one.

I have to evaluate each student. After the first class I will focus on decreasing their weaknesses while increasing their strengths. I have a unique way of correcting pronunciation. I misspell the word to correct their speech. An example would be like problem... prah-blum
