I have strong maths skills and experience helping students understand difficult topics clearly. I am patient, supportive, and able to explain concepts in different ways to suit each student’s learning style. In my lessons, I first ask students what they are learning in school, what topics they find difficult, and what their goals are. I then teach a topic step-by-step, using clear explanations and worked examples. After that, I give practice questions and mark them, providing feedback and helping when they struggle. At the end of the lesson, I ask what they would like to focus on next time and set homework to complete so they can continue practising and improving between lessons.

I don't have much experience in teaching and tutoring but I have taught my sister. I am very passionate about maths. I enjoyed maths so much during GCSEs so now I am taking it for A level. I know I will love teaching maths to students and make them excel it.
