Hi I have been a chef for over 25years. I have worked from Ski chalets in the Alps to Super yachts at Monaco. Have experience teaching in a Cookery school for 3 years in the Cotswolds. I am Currently working as a New Product Development Chef for Major Supermarkets. I am wanting to share my knowledge and pass on my love of cooking.
