Friendly & Supportive Art and Photography Tutor - GCSE, A-Level, Foundation, Adult Learners

Hi, I’m Ruby, a Brighton-based multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and filmmaker with over 9 years’ experience in art. I graduated with First Class Honours in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, specialising in drawing, digital photography, text and moving image, and have since trained in filmmaking, earning certificates from the National Film and Television School and London Film Academy.

I have experience across a range of disciplines including painting, drawing, sculpture, digital photography, photo editing, mixed media, text, sound, and moving image.

Tutoring experience:
Over the past year, I guided a home-educated student through a year-long independent photography project. Starting from scratch, I taught camera basics, composition, and editing while supporting idea development, research, and visual experimentation. The project resulted in a cohesive body of work and a public exhibition, all of which helped him secure a place on an A-Level course.
