Hi! I'm Wa'ad (rhymes with Chad) I was a Maths teacher for 3 years working across Secondary schools in Brighton & Hove until recently.

I'm passionate about repairing people's relationship to Maths - unfortunately a lot of us weren't affirmed in this learning journey so I make sure to lead by centering confidence with a calm and encouraging approach where we understand why it is the case rather than blindly and panickedly memorising things that just don't make sense to you.
