Advert description
With over 16 years' university-level teaching experience, I bring genuine subject mastery to every lesson. I have served as Assistant Professor at UIT University, Karachi, and as visiting faculty across five other institutions, teaching Electrical Machines, Power Electronics, Digital Logic Design, VLSI Design, Microprocessors, Electronic Devices & Circuits, and the supporting Physics and Maths (Calculus, Probability, Numerical Computing).
My biggest strength is turning dense, technical topics into explanations that actually stick. I break every concept down step by step, using worked examples and real circuit diagrams rather than abstract theory, so students build genuine understanding rather than memorising answers for a test.
I have taught across every level of ability, from large mixed-ability undergraduate cohorts to focused one-to-one project supervision, and I am comfortable adjusting my pace and style to whatever gets a particular student to understand a concept fastest. I have supervised over 50 final year student projects, which has sharpened my ability to identify exactly where a learner is stuck and to correct it quickly and clearly.
I also bring real research and industry-facing credibility: I have led curriculum development under Outcome-Based Education and Quality Enhancement frameworks, and published peer-reviewed research spanning machine learning, computer vision and engineering. That means students preparing for exams, coursework or final year projects get insight grounded in current practice, not just textbook theory.
