Experienced, patient, student-centred, non-judgmental and supportive teacher with 30 years hands-on and dedicated teaching-tutoring in 3 UK universities, the Civil Service College, Shandong Agricultural University in China, Arizona State and Utah State Universities USA to undergaduate and postgraduate students. Also management development projects for corporate and public sector (including local government and Cabinet Office) clients in the UK as well as private sector corporate clients in the Middle East/Gulf.
My Professional Skills include course design, curriculum review, pedagogy (teaching practice), multiple forms of assessment and Dissertation/Thesis supervision and client-centred facilitation.
