As a skilled and enthusiastic ESL teacher, with +3 years of experience , I am pleased  With my experience in teaching English as a Second Language, coupled with my passion for fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment, I am confident I can make a significant contribution to your team and the success of your students.  In my previous teaching roles I have been responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, tutoring , guiding and coaching learners using fitting technology to enhance learning, whilst providing individualized support to students. I am adept at adapting my teaching style to meet the diverse needs of learners, and am proficient in communicative language teaching including project-based learning. With my 20yrs corporate industry experience, along with my English tutoring experience, I am also skilled in tutoring Business English lessons, where we will focus on communication, negotiations and presentations, whilst practicing with real world scenarios. Having a Bachelors Degree specializing in Human Resource Management I am also able to support and tutor students with their English job applications, interview practice, including English language skills and Business Management.
