This I will be do by asking the student his/her goals then create a customized learning plan. I am a communicator. For this reason, I will establish an open communication policy. I will encourage the student to ask questions and provide feedback throughout each lesson. Use of relatable examples: When I am teaching a new concept, I will use examples and scenarios that are relevant to my student's interest or experiences. This will help them see how English can be useful in their daily life and build confidence in their ability to learn.
