1) I present the topic and structures of the Lessons: for example The present Perfect Tense

2) I give the student plenty of drills to practice hearing the topics and structures in listening, writing, and reading drills:
a) Listen to each verb. Say the past and Past participle:
- do
- work
- read
- be
- walk
- drive
- arrive
- live
- eat
- call
- check
- drive
- drink

b) For Example: Use the cues to say/write a sentence in the Present Perfect Tense [I/eat/rice/two times this week]
c) Change these example sentences to negative sentences, yes-no questions, and information questions:

- We have done all of the assignments.
- She has worked for that company since 2015.
- I have read all the articles.
- They have been up all night.
- I have walked 3 miles.
- John has driven over 1,000 KM.
- Maria and Steve have arrived.

4) I ask dozens of questions to give the students practice listening and speaking:
a) How long have you lived in this city?
b) Have you eaten fruit so far this week?
c) Have you ever been to Spain?
d) Has your best friend called you since last Monday?
e) Have you checked your Instagram account since yesterday?
f) Has your phone rung since this morning?
g) What have you eaten so far today?
h) What have you drunk since 3 pm?
i) Have you cooked fish so far this week?
j) Have you had a headache so far this month?
k) Has your neighbor spoken to you since last Monday?
