Primary school teacher who will help your child achieve their goals and build their confidence

Based on your learning goals I design a tutoring curriculum that builds your confidence in small steps but also challenges you and with my support. I provide all my resources such as whiteboards, maths manipulatives (cubes, counters, tens frames) or adjective word mats and visual inspiration. My lessons are one hour and they always feel like they fly by as children feel proud and motivated to succeed as they are fully supported. I work on confidence and growth mindset so children who sometimes feel like they ‘can’t do it’ feel empowered to tackle their learning. I like to communicate with parents as much as possible so that I have the best understanding of the child’s learning goals and any social and emotional support that’s needed. I am a year 1 teacher and have previously worked in KS2 so have a vast knowledge on phonics, sats and what children learn through primary school.
