I bring strong skills in teaching, translation, and cross-cultural communication, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in French and a Master’s degree in Shakespeare and Creativity from the University of Birmingham. My experience includes teaching and mentoring learners from diverse backgrounds, as well as creating engaging educational and storytelling materials for organisations such as Oxfam, Save the Children, and Library for All. This has equipped me with adaptability, creativity, and strong communication skills that are essential in language teaching. In my teaching, I focus on a student-centred approach, tailoring lessons to the learner’s level, needs, and goals. I combine grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation practice with interactive activities such as role-play, discussions, and storytelling to make lessons both practical and enjoyable.
